Description of the Role
We are seeking recent graduates to work as HR consultants on our team. Several tasks pertaining to hiring, retention, and engagement will fall under your purview as an HR consultant. This is a full-time, on-the-job position in Rawalpindi that offers room for improvement.
Requirements
Possession of a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, psychology, human resources, or a similar discipline; strong interpersonal and communication abilities; and the capacity to efficiently manage and prioritise a variety of tasks
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; • Familiarity with Pakistani labour laws and regulations; competent with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Experience is not a prerequisite, and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
